I originally intended to draw a portrait of mustang but i decided to try and put a scene together. I purposely made the colors of the fuhrer darker because he is evil 
The piece is not canon and I deliberately "step out of the box" and chose to portray the fuhrer as the ultimate adversary capable of using all of the other homunculus abilities.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactThe colors seem fairly good for the piece. It could use some depth in the color of the coats to bring the dimension out. Don't be afraid to use some stringer highlights. The textures on the walls could also use a bit of work, they seem flat.
As for the characters, do some figure drawing studies and then come back and fix this piece up. The shoulder an torso of mustang are off by quite a bit, and I'm not sure what's going on with his torso by his left hand. Get some stocks of legs and arms in natural position and practice drawing them. I don't mean like 3 or 4 times, I'm talking hardcore practice. around 30 or 40 different studies just to get the feel of some natural arm positions.
a complete side not, It looks like the Fuhrer is using Lust's ultimate Spear. Maybe give him a sword to keep it a bit more canon.
